Shipping & Delivery Policy

All non-perishable items are dispatched within 1-2 business days of order placement. Perishable and temperature-sensitive items ship through expedited cold-chain delivery within 24 hours of order placement, and tracking is provided for every order. We guarantee delivery windows for all perishable orders; if a delivery is missed or a perishable item arrives compromised because of a shipping delay, we will provide a full refund or a free replacement at no cost to you. All shipping rates and prices are quoted in USD for delivery within United States.
