Acceptance of Terms

By visiting, browsing, or otherwise using any service offered by zoominfi Store, you confirm that you have read and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service together with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations that apply to you. Should you disagree with any portion of these terms, you must refrain from using zoominfi Store's services in any capacity. Where you access our services on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you hold the authority to bind that entity to these terms.

Use of the Website

You agree to use zoominfi Store's services solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes, unless zoominfi Store has granted you express written authorization to do otherwise. The following activities are prohibited:

• Acting in violation of any applicable law or regulation, including consumer protection and product safety requirements
• Sending unsolicited advertising, promotional content, or spam through our platform
• Seeking unauthorized entry to our systems, user accounts, or inventory databases
• Posing as any individual or organization, including zoominfi Store personnel or other customers
• Deploying automated tools, scrapers, or bots to harvest product pricing, inventory data, or user information from our platform
• Submitting fraudulent, excessive, or malicious orders, including orders placed without any intention of receiving the goods
• Reselling zoominfi Store products for commercial purposes without obtaining our express written consent

Product Information and Pricing

zoominfi Store works diligently to keep product descriptions, pricing, specifications, and availability details accurate and current. Should an error arise concerning product information, pricing, or availability, zoominfi Store retains the right to rectify the error and cancel any orders placed on the basis of the incorrect information, at no cost to you. For items that carry natural variability (such as handmade goods or products made from natural materials), minor differences in dimensions, weight, or appearance compared to the listed specifications may occur. Product details and warnings are supplied for reference purposes only; zoominfi Store cannot warrant that products are entirely free from cross-contamination during processing or packaging. Product availability may differ depending on your delivery zone, pickup location, and chosen time slot.

Orders and Payment

Every order is contingent upon product availability and acceptance by zoominfi Store. zoominfi Store may decline or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including orders that appear fraudulent, breach these terms, or cannot be fulfilled because of stock shortages. Full payment is required before an order is dispatched or collected at pickup, unless zoominfi Store has agreed otherwise in writing. Minimum order values and delivery fees may apply depending on your selected delivery zone and time slot. For age-restricted products (including alcohol, tobacco, and vaping products where legally permitted), you must meet the legal age requirement for purchasing such items in your jurisdiction, and valid government-issued identification will be requested at delivery or pickup. If an item in your order is unavailable, zoominfi Store will contact you before dispatch and may propose a suitable substitute or refund the unavailable item, unless you have opted out of substitutions at checkout.

Intellectual Property

All content appearing on zoominfi Store's platforms — including text, images, logos, software, private label product packaging, and the "zoominfi Store" name and branding — belongs exclusively to zoominfi Store and is safeguarded by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any zoominfi Store content without obtaining our express written permission. User-generated content (including product reviews, photos, and comments) that you submit to our platforms may be used by zoominfi Store for marketing, promotional, or operational purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that takes place under your account. You must inform zoominfi Store immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other security breach. You are likewise responsible for supplying accurate, current contact, delivery, and payment information when placing orders, and for ensuring that any special instructions, eligibility requirements, or product-specific conditions you submit are truthful and complete. Limitation of Liability

Our total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from a single transaction shall not exceed the total amount you paid for the products or services in question. zoominfi Store is not liable for failures or delays in service resulting from circumstances outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to supply chain disruptions, severe weather, public health emergencies, or third-party carrier delays.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of zoominfi Store's services shall first be submitted to zoominfi Store's customer support team for informal resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, it shall be resolved through binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider in New York, NY, in accordance with the provider's commercial arbitration rules. The award of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on the parties, and may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.

Changes to These Terms

zoominfi Store reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms at any time at our sole discretion. If we make material changes to these Terms, we will provide at least 30 days' advance notice via email to the address associated with your account, or via a prominent notice on our website. Your continued use of our services after the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using zoominfi Store's services prior to the effective date of the changes.
